Help support our Mexia Blackcats quest for a victory over the Fairfield Eagles by wearing black to the game to "Black Out the Eagles!"
Mexia ISD is dedicated to putting your child's health and safety first. We are monitoring the current Ebola crisis in the United States, specifically Texas. The district will work in conjunction with Matt Groveton, Director of Limestone County Emergency Services, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to stay abreast of current information, to be proactive in disseminating information to parents, and to take precautions to keep MISD students safe. If you have questions or concerns about Ebola itself, please refer to the CDC's website. The CDC has the most comprehensive and current information about the disease. Ebola Hemorrhagic Fever | CDC
We are not trying to over react but to be proactive in providing you with information. In the district we are cleaning and disinfecting more than normal.
Thanks for your support!
